Instructions:
Wash and Chop Greens:
Peel and Slice Avocado and Banana: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice the banana into chunks.
3. Grate Ginger: Use a grater to grate fresh ginger. You can adjust the amount to your taste preference but start with 1 teaspoon.
4. Blend Ingredients:
In a blender, combine the following ingredients:
1 1/2 cups full-fat coconut milk or almond milk
2 cups leafy greens (kale/spinach)
1 avocado
1 banana
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp hearts
5.Add Sweetener: Depending on your taste preference, you can add 1 tbsp of raw honey to sweeten the smoothie. Adjust the amount of honey as needed.
6. Include Magnesium powder and Collagen: Add 1 tbsp of magnesium and 1 tbsp of collagen to the blender. Make sure you use the specified form of magnesium you have.
7. Blend Until Smooth: Blend all the ingredients together until you have a creamy consistency.
8. Adjust Consistency: If your smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more coconut milk or almond milk and blend again until it reaches your desired consistency.
